Indeed, all my Ads are gone. There are a few (very few) sites that stop working the way they're supposed to when the ads are blocked (example and online gaming site where the games were blocked along with the ads, or simply didn't function without the ads), so on those I have to deactivate UBlock. All in all a very pleasant and useful tool.
Sites suffering filter issues should be reported to list maintainers. Lists are updated daily many times to address all reported filter issues, with the consequences that those reports improve the quality of filter lists for the benefits of all users in the end.
