    I was skeptical about having any success on Android.. but after trying Youtube Watchmarker Mobile and having no luck, I tried this as a last resort seeing how there are no other options... And what do you know, it actually works. I dunno if it will continue to remember where I leave off but I guess we'll see.

    Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. And it cannot remember long videos that are like 1 or 2 hours long.

    Edit: improved YouTube compatibility in v1.1.0, improving url parsing, perhaps it will help.
