    Extension is utterly broken - freezes Firefox and stops it from sending data, then the extension crashes. Support is a joke, asks for logs and doesn't read them, blaming the browser. This is the most recent update to the extension, it used to work just fine. It appears to have not undergone testing prior to release.

I want to assure you that we do review all logs submitted to us; however, identifying and resolving software conflicts can sometimes be complex and with limited outcomes.

    Non funziona sempre bene. Ultimamente ha molti problemi su Firefox.
    Clicco "Copia password" e incolla solo 3 o 4 cifre.
    Non sempre appare l'icona nei campi user e password, nonostante io abbia tutti i permessi abilitati.
    Ho pagato per avere questo servizio, vorrei fosse migliorato il prima possibile, grazie.

    Grazie per la tua recensione Siamo spiacenti per i problemi riscontrati. 🙁 Nel prossimo aggiornamento miglioreremo la funzione di copia della password, speriamo che risolva il tuo problema. Ti consigliamo di segnalarci siti specifici in cui il completamento automatico non funziona bene all'indirizzo support@support.com in modo che possiamo risolvere anche questo problema.

    Once again, an update makes this even worse. Conflicts with the standalone app, but at least the standalone USED to use Windows Hello as login option. No longer. Why they insist on fannying around and launching untested updates that make the user experience worse defeats me.
    Beware!!
    Update: the app now prevents log-in because it flags ITSELF as a phishing threat.
    That's it. Had enough and switching to Norton. At least their products, y'know, "actually work"

    It seems there might have been some confusion with the app versions. Our standalone extension does support Windows Hello as a login option, and it operates independently from the desktop app. If you’re encountering issues with this feature or if it’s not appearing as an option, we’d like to look into this.

    Regarding the app flagging itself as a phishing threat, this sounds quite unusual, and we take such reports seriously. Could you provide more details about what you were doing when this happened?
