nga tricel, 9 vite më parëI says my vault is locked. When I press the OPEN VAULT tab, nothing happens. No pop-up or window change. Nothing to sign into.
I just tried again after the reply below. Still not working. I can't sign out of my account and I can't log into my vault.

postuar më 9 vite më parëWe regrettably had service issues last week (29-Aug-2016 to 2-Sep-2016 timeframe) that impacted ability to access Identity Safe Vaults.
Those services are now available and you should be able to access your Vault now.
