Works well for me on 57. Fairly seamless substitute for my old (unsupported) favorite, VimFX. Most commands are identical, but it still needs a bit of work.

Would also request that Search default to the omnibar instead of an overlay.

- newTab seems to turn off vimium-ff
- Esc should return to page content
- needs optimization
