Data protection conditions of the Information System Authority for web browser components of the ID-card for authentication and digital signing

In this document, we explain which personal data is processed and the purpose for which the Information System Authority (hereinafter RIA) processes web browser components of the ID-card for authentication and digital signing, incl. which data is sent to which third-party service providers and for what purposes.

1. These data protection conditions apply to:
   1.1. web browser components for authentication and digital signing;
2. data subject (hereinafter the user) is a natural person who uses the web browser components of the ID-card for authentication and digital signing.
3. THE COMPOSITION OF THE DATA

3.1. Upon authentication and signing at the desired e-service using the web browser components of the ID-card for authentication and digital signing, the following is transmitted to the e-service selected by the data subject:
3.1.1. the user’s certificate for authentication or signing;
3.1.2. URL of the website origin for authentication.

4.1. RIA does not store or collect data.
