    Very biased ratings on any site that is conservative. Liberal sites are highly rated. I was checking out a site that I am familiar with because WOT rated them as a suspect site and I wanted to see why. There were 8 ratings, 6 five star and 2 one star. The average rating was THREE STAR. How was that calculated? The site was rated Yellow based on two derogatory tags and when I tried to rate it I could not access the rating system to comment. This site has been hijacked and is untrustworthy.

    In order to be transparent and enable our users to form an independent, unbiased opinion, websites that are of a political nature (on any side of the political map) are tagged on our Scorecard as “Opinions, religion, politics”.
    In addition, both WOT users and our advanced algorithms review websites and scan them for malware or malicious activity in order to provide protection against viruses and privacy matters.
    Since WOT is a platform powered by crowdsourcing, we enable various opinions and ratings - everyone’s opinion counts and is taken into consideration.
    WOT does not interfere in the discourse and does not add, edit or remove comments unless they violate our community guidelines, which can be found here: https://www.mywot.com/guidelines.
    We encourage you to engage in the discourse and share your comments and reviews with the community.

    and if that isn't enough to dissuade you, read their "privacy" policy

    to the developer:

    users, as you well know, do not generally form unbiased opinions, something that can only be done through research and a lack of confirmation bias - thus, since this same user base is asked to vet content, WOT is useless at best ... of course i'm sure your shareholder(s) will disagree

    Отзыв изменён. Ребята, похоже решили удариться в коммерцию и немного заработать на своём расширении. Чёрт бы с ними и с их жадностью, но расширение перестало работать, везде на любых сайтах выдаёт ошибку, а на некоторых просто гробит и замораживат браузер, система при этом тоже виснет из-за переполнения памяти. Очень похоже на незаконный майнинг за счет пользователей или того хуже, на вредонос. Удаляю и никому не советую эту шнягу устанавливать.
