postad för 2 år sedanThe "Purge all caches" button was causing people to download multi MBs of filter lists with no guarantee that the fix was present in any these lists. There is no need for that crude way of updating filter lists:
- Differential updates ensure you have most recent filters multiple times per day instead of once every 6 days
- In case a fix is added to a list and is immediately needed by a user, we provide a click-to-update link in support channels to guarantee you receive the fix with minimal bandwidth burden
Keep in mind uBO is not monetized and we can't afford to end up having to pay tens of thousands of US dollars to a CDN providers to host the lists -- this would be the end of the project.
Update 2024-01-18:
The updated anti-blocker has no effect on uBO, no fix needs to be added to the lists, so something else in your browser is causing this, and re-downloading all the lists would have accomplished nothing except pointlessly consumes bandwidth of the server.

It comes out of the box with a wide variety of block lists/subscriptions, but it also lets users fine tune everything to their own needs on every site. I use it on all my browsers on all devices, and I can't recommend it more highly. The interface is intuitive yet powerful (especially in Advanced Users mode) and gives insight to which requests are being blocked or allowed. I have been using it since 2015. If you haven't already, download it today!

フォーラムも英語での色々な注意書きが多く、英語以外を母国語とする人はバグ報告も難しい。
While this add-on eliminates ads, it has some obvious glitches in Japanese environments. For example,
- YouTube's automatically translated (English to Japanese) subtitles no longer appear.
- This add-on has mistakenly blocked secure Japanese sites on several occasions. (For example, it blocked connections to PayPal in Japan.)

Je l'utilise en mode avancé.
J'interdis tout par défaut, pas de script, pas d'images. Et j'autorise le minimum pour que le site soit lisible et plus s'il doit être aussi fonctionnel.
On enregistre nos choix et on peut les sauvegarder, puis les restaurer sur un autre PC.
Il remplace plein d'autres addons, qui deviennent inutiles avec lui.

Но месяцев три-четыре тому назад обнаружил, расширение не блокирует рекламу на главной странице Яндекса. На данный момент реклама на главной странице заблокирована. Не знаю как будет в будущем, просто хочу довести до вашего сведение о существовании такой проблемы. Вероятно Яндекс использовал систему обхода блокировок рекламы.
