Could you add the following features:
1) **an option to save the various options selected.** So that we can easily import these chosen saved options back again whenever we want.

2) **Add a stop button** to stop the video at its very start. Sometimes it is useful to check again what was the original starting image of the video. Or when you want to repeat from the very start.

3) In the theater mode, there is an extremely annoying "More videos" option that appears and it is impossible to see below this "More videos" option the comments.
I could very well be a BUG.
Add **an option to get rid completely of this "More videos" option in this theater mode and replace it by allowing instead to be able to see the comments normally** instead of this very annoying "More videos" set of video links.
---Remark: Strangely, this problem seems specific to Firefox because it does not appear when using Microsoft Edge with this same addon improve youtube.

4) Below the description, there is now (sometimes but not always) a summary section that is created automatically. **Allow us to chose, for this summary section, the option expanded** like it is available also for the Description.

---One issue:
**Under the section Player, Pause while I watch a 2nd video.** It does not work if you watch a 2nd video that is a short video; in such a case, the first video will NOT pause while the second short video will keep running and the sound of the first video will interfere with the sound of the second short video!
It does not work even for any video that you watch first! Very annoying.
This is a serious BUG.

    Do Not Use. According to the developer, if you're experiencing a problem, NO YOU DIDN'T. Massive lag on whatever computer I run it on. And at this point, reading the developer responses, if they fixed it completely, I wouldn't touch the thing with a 10 foot pole. DO. NOT. USE. And do not support this developer.

    Youtube extensions are maintenance-heavy, yet dozens of volunteers contribute a lot.
    We are fixing many things, and nothing increases uninstalls much currently. We don't have the capacity to solve every riddle that might be hard to find (nor disprove every supposed, but not measured lag). Some bugs after changes to YouTube first might have to be noticed by as many as 0.7% of users or 5000 users or 10 angry reviews, before a user actually takes a look in the console (F12 Key) to tell us what errors might or might not appear. Generally, if you care, the assumed remedy is not accusing any of the volunteers, but volunteering and or donating "Producing, next to consuming". Thanks

    Works fine for the most part, but completely removes the recorded live chat for ALL videos with no options to turn it back on.

    The extension does nothing by default. Please check again and toggle your features one by one.

    Pretty outdated by 2026 (eg, Shorts still visible despite trying to hide them, Join buttons hide Improve YouTube options, generally pretty bloated with redundant optionality better covered by other apps or by YT updates enabling such options, etc.)

    Like some users after installing this extension the fan was overworked with noises. HOWEVER, on closer inspection the issue was likely caused by having the in extension adblocking feature turned on while another adblocker (e.g. uBO or Adguard) was already in use. Simply put, when it comes to - Youtube - adblocker, use either the one within this extension or uBO/AdGuard/Ghostery etc. but never both or more.

    I wanted the comment section on the right side of the page next to the video and was able to get this done using this extension. Absolute slam dunk.

    Caused widespread lag and high fan usage. Required uninstalling, multiple reboots, and a system restore to resolve.

    no, please read below. "Reviews tend to display herd behavior, while the product is complex and hard to judge. The amount of daily uninstalls is low. This project was updated by over 200 volunteers. There might be a mystery bug only affecting 0.1% of users or 1% of Firefox version users - worth discovering, but depending on you writing a bug report."

    Great to begin with, but if you start going through your subscriptions it will bog down and break. And it turns out that the developer doesn't understand that not everyone who installs the extension is not their personal bug report.

    Add on makes youtube unusably laggy.

    And yes developer this is what reviews are for. They're for leaving information for others about the experience of using the app. "Makes the website it's for unusably slow" is useful information for other users. This isn't a technical or bug support request. It's a review of the functionality of the app.

    Reviews tend to display herd behavior, reviews tend to display herd behavior, while the product is complex and hard to judge. The amount of daily uninstalls is low.     I meant Mozilla has rules generally allowing to flag / remove this.

    Too bad, the options are very relevant, but this extension makes YT unusable: depending on the chosen options, the YT window freezes. Calculation, settings, or others, we don't know what's happening. I don't quite understand the number of positive reviews, as I don't have such an exotic setup (FF 146.0.1 + YT Anti-Translate + Privacy Badger + Ublock Origin + Emoji CheatSet on W11x64).
