    AdBlock used to work great until I loaded it for Firefox. Now it stops working and I have to reload it or revert back to an older version

    Hi, thanks for your comment. There should definitely be a difference in the number of ads you see after installing AdBlock. It can depend on the sites you're visiting, among other things. If you're seeing ads, the first step is to determine whether the ads are legitimate ads or malware. No ad blocker can stop ads that infiltrate web pages because of malware. The only way to remove the ads is to remove the malware. Next, check for common reasons legitimate ads aren't blocked.     AdBlock was really cool and worked for a while! But now all the youtube ads are coming through unhindered. I guess ALL of these adblockers just break over time as youtube figures out how to get around them? anyone know where I can find an adblocker with a team who can update almost as fast as youtube undoes them?

    Hi, thanks for your comments! YouTube has all the resources of Google's huge ad tech development team behind it. Ad blockers rely on a community of volunteers who maintain (in their spare time) the filter lists that block ads. So far, the volunteers have been keeping up quite well.     I really liked Adblock until today. BUT I realize that during research I'm forced to Yahoo! I checked: if I disable Adblock, everything becomes as before.
    I do not like anything being imposed on me. Maybe there is a manip for that it stops? .... Me I find only one: disable adblock! and replace it with another one.
