I tried all the settings but it's not helping me. I'll share a print grab if you want. and it's really annoying to see those profane ads.

Can you please send us an example URL where you experience ads along with a screenshot of your filter lists and custom filters to support@adblockplus.org? To give us more details for moving forward can you confirm what operating system you are using with Adblock Plus? Did you notice higher RAM usage? Was it slower on certain URLs?
