Version 2.0 of Always Open Privately has several improvements over the old releases:
* better UI for configuring the add-on
* better handling of already existing private windows (the add-on does not create a new private window if another private window is already opened).
* more features: always strip tracking parameters from URLs (if you want to).

Some rework of the code:

* Settings are now cached during runtime (reducing I/O oprations). Settings are only reread from storage if settings were changed.
* URLs are now parsed using the URL parser of the "a" DOM element.
* The check whether a domain is in the always-open-privately list is now more efficient.

better handling of tracking tokens in URL.

Improvements:
* larger text area for the list
* invert functionality
* remove useless icon from browser bar
* remove utm_* URL parameters when opening private window
