When in private browsing, there is no way to set it to default to a proxy. So private browsing always uses a direct connection. I can't code personally so I can't contribute but it would be great if that issue could be corrected.

After I enable this plug-in, the browser always automatically switches HTTP to HTTPS. It is indeed necessary to access HTTP URLs during intranet development. Can you improve it?
Sorry I made a mistake, I am accessing the local URL in the container with the proxy enabled. When I switch to the directly connected container, there is no problem. - Betygsatt 5 av 5av Firefox-användare 16636525, för 5 år sedan

- Betygsatt 5 av 5av Firefox-användare 12132439, för 5 år sedanVery, very useful extension. I use a lot of different proxies for work and it makes easy to segregate content from each proxy. The ability to use multiples proxies at the same time while having non proxified tabs is very powerful. The interface is a little rough around the edges, but as I don't go everyday in the settings it's a very minor inconvenience.
- Betygsatt 3 av 5av Firefox-användare 16342389, för 5 år sedanFantastic addon, I use it all the time for a variety of things. But after the most recent update I can't access proxied localhosts! One of my main use cases is using an SSH Socks proxy to tunnel to my VPN and access localhost on the server. Please fix!

Missing some options though:
- HTTP Proxy (I know it's obsolete and known by the developer)
- SOCKS5 Proxy
- Indicator of when/which proxy server is being used (omni-box, toolbar button color/figure/tooltip)
- When clicking the toolbar-button a new tab opens, please add an opener reference to reuse the previous tabUtvecklarens svar
postad för 6 år sedanThanks.
Didn't get what you mean about HTTP proxy. It works, but only the testing doesn't.
SOCKS5 is supported, it is called just SOCKS. Seems like it is worth renaming it in the interface.
Indicator is a good idea, I have it in plan.
Opener reference - didn't know about that, thanks for pointing it out. - Betygsatt 5 av 5av lamcheg, för 6 år sedanThanks a lot for this addon. Requesting add/remove containers, change their name/color.

postad för 6 år sedanContainers is a Firefox feature. As soon as it is enabled (you installed at least one extension that works with containers) you can mannage them in menu: FIle -> New container tab -> Manage containers (direct link: about:preferences#containers )
