This is a really great replacement for the old download status bar which no longer works. I like the sounds as well. It's not as polished as the old app I used for many years but it's a start. Some things it badly needs:
- Ability to clear completed downloads (surely an obvious feature)
- Double click to launch downloaded file (there is no way to launch any download directly at present)
- Cleaner and more polished user interface
- The Launch button never works

My only complaint is that I use dark theme for everything including dark reader for pages and the background color of the bar itself (not the downloads) is unchangeable. I'd very much like to see an option to change that too. Great job either way.

Shows status of download and then a single click to open, and the button (and the bar) disappears after opening. This does none of that. The best it does is open the folder containing the download. Extra clicks, waste.
