I didn't know that I was dealing with an issue that wasn't the app's problem at all. But when I got connected to support, the help I got was excellent and the problem which was complex was quickly resolved to my satisfaction. I would recommend this product and applaud the good support I received.

Some users give it a negative review for reasons beyond the control of the developer. Youtube hates downloaders and constantly tweaks its code to sabotage them. As a result, there will be times that Easy Youtube Video Downloader Express will not be able to download Youtube videos or audio. The developer always corrects for this interruption but it takes time to discover what code Youtube has inserted and determine a way to work around it. If you decide to use this product and you find this occurs, simply report it to the developer so they will know they need to take action.
