The current version is at the beta stage so is still under development. There are some minor issues that need sorting out, however the developers are working hard to resolve these. In the meanwhile they are providing excellent technical support to fix problems experienced by individual users. Given the low subscription price for this excellent tool, this level of support is extremely impressive. The current beta version of the app is a little clunky but it works well so I’m more than happy to wait for the develops to release the finalised version.

When I read support it appears that there should be work arounds but none of them worked for me and it says I can't contact support. I have donated to support this creator and now am left without a working option to download my art videos. If this is fixed, I'll update my review. But for now I've paid this developer and what I paid for isn't working. The owner says there is a program we can now buy from him but you have to pay again/more. It's sad. I wish the owner would honor those of us who bought from him with either another option or a refund.
