Minor bug fixes. I designed a stupid vocabulary listing system, which turned out to make problems when switching word translations on click. Fixed that.

Added more features, including switching between blacklisting or whitelisting URLs, and a double click on a word to set the original English version to appear.

Some languages use accent marks and other markings to indicate pronunciation, but these markings are not found on their wikitionary pages. I remove these markings so the correct wiki page will be found.
Aesthetic adjustments.

Small update: removed massive debugging logging & aesthetic changes.

Added page update listener to run on new paragraphs in the page, ie when Twitter auto loads more content. Some aesthetic updates too. There are some bugs which can be triggered with quizmode, but I think most people won't produce them.
