Please update your Keeper app to the latest version from the App Store or from KeeperSecurity.com. If you are using a web browser, please reload the page or clear your browser cache.
Nothing I try seems to help make the Keeper P/W shortcut work.

Even with my being cranky, the support team didn't give up. After a bit of back and forth, they helped me resolve the issue. I appreciate the follow through. Good customer service makes all the difference!!
