Have used this add on for ages and find it the most helpful add on I have for Firefox. Unfortunately the latest FF55 destroyed it for my new tabs. It works fine for my Home page so now for each new tab I have to then click on the Home button to see my selections. Works for me but a bit cumbersome. Found no solutions that worked to rectify this in Google.
