Their agent will stick with you until the problem is fully resolved. I recommend Norton products, including their password manager, with absolute confidence. If you don't have it, get it!

Not to the side, where it would make sense, but directly on top, so that every interaction is obtrusive. Norton, could you maybe give us the option to have the dialog appear to the side? If you do, I will up my rating.
