Amazing addon, almost exactly what I was looking for. One more functionality I wish it has was displaying domain intead of first letter. For example for twitter bookmark, would be nice if by default it was showing as twitter.com instead of 'T' alone.

The problem with this is that there is no CSS solution to achieve this, so that it would nicely fit "a.com" and "abcdefghijklmnop-qrstuwxyz.com". But please add an ticket and I will think of something :-)
