Also note the huge memory consumption when processing bookmarks.
Why JSON, but not sqlite?

postad för 8 år sedanI've choose to use storage.js because it's the only solution that is preserved in all case when your exit your Firefox.

I'll try to find an alternative solution but I work on my free time and my job is too intensive these month.

However, today (May 10, 2023) I cannot locate my saved "dials" !! Instead another page (extension ?) appears called Speed Dial !! Where are all my Quick Dial links !!?? Is there a way to retrieve them. And, if so, how do I backup ?

- Betygsatt 2 av 5av Rusty Trombone, för 4 år sedanThis was my favorite dial extension for years (and I've tried a lot) as it's very configurable and goes beyond a single page, but it kept malfunctioning a couple of times a year and had to be reset, which just took too long time to do without a backup system, so I've now given it up and uninstalled it. Using Group Speed Dial instead which is rock solid. Thanks anyway.
