Review Assist is a browser extension designed to streamline content review workflows with tools for timestamp copying and caption analysis. We respect your privacy, and this extension is built to operate entirely within your browser.

Data Collection:

We do not collect, transmit, or sell any user data
All processing (timestamp copying, caption scanning, and word categorization) happens locally in your browser
No browsing history, personal data, or page content is sent outside of your device

Data Storage:

User configurations (site settings, timestamp selectors, caption selectors, and custom word categories) are stored using the browser's local storage
This data is stored only on your device and is not accessible to the developer or any third party
No data synchronization or cloud storage is used

Permissions:

Storage: Used only to save your local configuration and word lists
ActiveTab: Used only when you interact with the extension to inject tools on approved pages
Host Permissions: You choose which sites the extension can access. The extension only operates on pages you explicitly configure

Third Parties:

Review Assist does not communicate with external servers
No data is shared with third-party services or advertisers
No analytics or tracking tools are implemented

Your Control:

You can remove all stored data at any time by uninstalling the extension or clearing the extension's data via browser settings
