This is the browser extension for Steam18DB. With this extension, you will see a message each time you enter a steam page of a censored game with an uncensoring patch available.

If you go into a Steam game page, it sends a request to https://steam18db.com api to check if there is a 18+ patch. If there is, it adds a small message so users might go to download the patch.
