Do I need Java installed for this to work? The N button and the key combinations have no effect... I use Firefox so I don't think Java works with this...

postad för 5 år sedanHello there! No, there are no external requirements for the extension. Some other reviewers have reported external extensions or apps may affect this one to work. Could you try disabling other extensions and trying again? - Betygsatt 5 av 5av Firefox-användare 15847717, för 5 år sedanAdd-on doesn't work, clicking the icon does nothing, and trying the keyboard shortcuts do nothing on several attempts with different Netflix movies. Tried restarting Firefox as well as restarting my PC.
Edit: another app was messing with this one's ability to do it's job. The only issue I can think of if you can't shift and use 1,2,3 because it alts the characters. If that is not the issue, than the extension just doesn't work for me.

postad för 5 år sedanHi there! Could you try clicking on the extensión button instead of using the keyboard shortcuts to see if it's a problem with the shortcut detection or the extension itself?
