If it doesn't work take it off the list. and following their troubleshooting is a waste of time

It kept giving an error. I don't have time to deal with this, so it's getting uninstalled. It said, "Failed aggregating. The file might be corrupt." How could the file be corrupt? It played when I clicked play. I also don't like that I had to download TWO apps instead of just one.

Der Video DownloadHelper kann Videos nicht ohne zusätzliches Tool ( das man installieren soll ) runter laden! Andere Downloader schaffen es aber ohne Zusatztools! Deswegen rate ich dringend, die Finger von dem Programm zu lassen! Ich habe das Tool erst gar nicht installiert und das Add On entfernt!
