av Ezrway, för ett år sedanThis is without a doubt the WORST Add-on for Firefox I've ever used.
The amount of time it took to create a "free" account, set up the task, and provide all the information about the webpage just to print it as a DOCX or PDF file was ridiculous!
The information that is provided by the Add-on creator in the Firefox Add-on website gave me the impression it was completely free. As soon as I set up my account I knew that was not the case. My "free" account showed a renewal date of today, the same day I created it.
The DOCX file was useless, it was totally unreadable. The PDF output was the same as if I used the really "free" built in Firefox mobile "Save as PDF."

postad för ett år sedanI haven't managed to find a account created today with a renewal date of the same day but if you can contact us directly through our website with your details we can look into it for you. Sometimes it can be difficult to convert certain web pages to DOCX, but we always want to improve if you can send us the URL of the webpage we will have a look.
Regarding the similarity of the PDF conversion it was originally a desktop tool and used the browser width as the default which I can see could be annoying. We will change it to be editable and add some more features to spice it up a bit.

The reason we need an account is because the conversions are complicated and done on our servers.
