This is for the extension https://add0n.com/work-offline.html A very useful add-on that prevents pages from executing obstructive code, ads and other garbage when you just block their access to your browser. Also f**cks up their cookie shit as they cannot send or read cookies when ur offline and you can delete them before they do.

Nice addon. However, would request that an alert should pop up in regular intervals once the user has enabled online mode. I also note that once "online mode" has been disabled, it stays disabled even after a browser restart (am not talking about disabling the addon). If these are fixed, would be great.

At my workplace I can't test disconnection on my app with ethernet, only with manually disabling adapter every time, so this addon helps a lot.

Можно сделать offline отдельные табы - это здорово, давно хотел такой аддон! Странно, что в описании напрямую эта важнейшая возможность не указана.
Увы, реализация оказалась неудачна: когда веб-страница делает запрос к сети, то таб выкидывает (редиректит) на страницу Offline mode аддона, да ещё назад на веб-страницу не вернуться. Тогда как браузерное "Работать автономно" просто не даёт веб-странице делать запрос, и я остаюсь на веб-странице.
Надо бы запретить любые редиректы в режиме offline, в том числе на страницу Offline mode аддона. Тогда аддон станет полезным.

Can make offline individual tabs - great, I wanted such addon for a long time! It's strange that this major feature isn't mentioned clearly in description.
Alas, implementation is unhappy. When webpage makes request to internet, tab is thrown (redirected) to "Offline mode" page of addon, and it's impossible to return back to webpage. Whereas browser's "Work offline" simply doesn't allow webpage to make requests, so I stay on webpage.
It's needed to forbid any redirects in offline mode, including redirects to "Offline mode" page of addon. Then addon will become useful.

Does what is says with some inconsistency.
I really missed an addon to make my browser activity idle until i resume using it.
Just make sure the page is done loading else it gets funny errors, this applies to clicking on something before clicking resume and scrolling the page. Sometimes it says its activated and then it still browses
