It's very customizable and if a site doesn't work by default, there's a decent chance that you can get it to work fairly easily by adding a phrase or image using the context menu. Check the user guide for more info.

If you don't like the position of the toolbar buttons, you can use the Firefox customization dialog to drag them where you want, or to remove them.
