I’m really sorry to hear about the issues you've been facing with our extension causing Firefox to freeze and crash. This is certainly not the level of quality we aim to deliver. I want to assure you that we do review all logs submitted to us; however, identifying and resolving software conflicts can sometimes be complex and with limited outcomes.
