* Dynamic changes of the `href` attribute of existing links are now tracked.
* `BASE` elements are now processed besides links and forms.
* Prevented displaying nonlocalized options form shortly.
* Fixed: default value for the “Observe dynamic page changes” option was not taken into account.
* Dropped support for Firefox older than 52.

Added the “Options” dialog (available via the addon properties in Firefox) that provides two options:

* “Process subdomain URLs” (now disabled by default since subdomains of some sites are in fact not accessible via HTTPS while the main site is);

* “Observe dynamic page changes” (enabled by default).
