This is a basic adaptation of the example 'http-response' webextension, which performs a simple find and replace to strip out the HTTP meta refresh and all HTML script elements on the Drudge Report website only. As a result, the website is completely static and will no longer automatically reload.

Also removes all HTML script tags from the page, making the website entirely static. This makes the site more accessible for all users, whether they use JavaScript or not.
