Fixed an issue that was causing the blocker to sometimes not block new tab windows.

Made the blocker more versatile as far as tabbed browsing selection is concerned, not only locked to single tab can adjust for multiple tabs.

fixed an issue where on websites with no www. the blocker would not recognise these in the listing and block or allow them incorrectly.

Fixed an issue with the exceptions list refusing all sub-domains.

Removed some debugging outputs and adjusted for blank fields.
