- Fix ads in the middle of the mail box as well along with the top ones
- Fix Contacts and Calendar Pane not working when interfering with some other extensions.

- Hide new Yahoo ads
- Organize Right pane icons in a better manner.

Fix the Sponsored ads appearing again by Yahoo's changes to their website.

The only thing that is changed is I added a few more styles to remove the new ads with new identifiers. Very simple extension still.

- Make the add-on Firefox 51 compatible.
- Make it Multi process Firefox compatible.
- Please note that this makes the add-on incompatible with Firefox versions 44 or less. To install for those versions, please use the last version (2.60) of the add-on, which can be found here: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/yahoomailhideadpanel/versions/?page=1#version-2.60
