Our service is different from most apps which is just another copy of software.
Our service requires a lot of servers to encrypt and proxy all traffic.
We need to pay for both free and premium users. And the service can exist only if enough users are buying premium subscription.

Then it started opening new tabs in my browser containing advertisements. I understand that software developers of free services usually require some sort of compensation, but the way this extension went about monetizing me was very shady. This extension literally went from 5 stars to 1 star (I would give zero if I could) in a few milliseconds. If I was made aware before downloading that this extension would open new tabs with advertisements, I would have been much more likely to give this a better rating. In all honesty, if I had known, I would have never installed it in the first place. I even took the time to create an account to spread the word about the shady practices of this extension.
