Before Leechblock I would get up, have coffee, and keep going on Facebook, Reddit, Digg, Quora; arguing politics and talking about whatever. I'd try to work, but I'd keep coming up with excuses to distract myself "for just a minute" with these websites. Then I'd go to bed at three in the morning and wonder why I just couldn't seem to get to work.
I told myself I could quit any time I liked. You know, like any other addict. I told myself that for fifteen years.
Within four weeks using Leechblock to get off the social media dopamine drip, I'm actually working, getting things done, and feeling good for a change. I can focus!

- 5 üzerinden 4 puanyazan: Someone, 12 gün önceBrilliant addon just wish there was an option to block settings (at least for a bit) but besides that its pretty complete, having minimal times makes you think about every time you want to allow access to an app, it becomes a decision not a habit so you actually have to think about how you spend your time.
