I can't tell you how many times I have run across websites either full of ads (all of them require a ad-free subscription) and unbearable to be on. With this extension, I don't have to worry about ads, scammers, etc anymore. Hell, this is great if you want to block those pesky 30-minute ads in YT videos too. Just an overall great open-source extension and it's sad that this is still needed in the year 2026.
