On one page, the settings it was applying to change the video player size glitched out and the page was all wonky; I had to refresh for it to fix.

Then install Version 109 from there.
And then disable autoupdate for this extension from extension options.
Version 109 is working. Version 118 isn't. It's adding Manifest V3, which is for Chrome. So I disabled it to keep watching youtube, but another problem came up! It turned ITSELF back ON! Probably spyware and will 100% break youtube.
