More ads than content at this point. Turning off all ads does nothing

The constant pop ups asking for premium membership on a daily basis, often taking the focus RIGHT when i am in the middle of filling up a form on another tab, make this add-on useless now. And it even doesn't block YouTube ads any more, while uBlock Origin does it perfectly still. UNINSTALLING!!

This used to be a great ad-on, but the constant pop ups asking for premium membership on a daily basis - and sometimes two in a row - is super annoying. Either make it a paid service, or make it free. I'm moving to the Ublock extension instead.

Pretty damn useless. The page refresh is disabled unless they get money. Waste of space.....

"Block element" seems to have disappeared, and ads are now appearing on some sites. Taking features out is simply unacceptable. Please don't tell me that these are now "premium features", because they are not; this is basic functionality. I'd move to a different adblocker if needs be.

This pop up ad for your crap is overbearing. There are too many respectful options to deal with it anymore.

As of Dec 13, 2024, it is no longer blocking youtube ad at all.

Randomly opens new tabs advertising ABP premium. IT LITERALLY DOES THE THING IT'S SUPPOSED TO PREVENT. Fuck this garbage extension made by idiots.

This used to be great but nope I'm done, the random spammy popup tabs pestering me for money are getting out of hand. It happens multiple times per week (same browser, same device), it disrupts my work flow, and is more annoying and intrusive than the ads that it's blocking. Moving to ublock because I'm just not going to support a company that spams their users.

A few years ago, absolute 10/5. It no longer blocks Twitch ads and hasn't for a very long time, and now it's failing to block YouTube ads. The ads themselves on YouTube don't play, but once you click on the video you have to wait for a while then the ads seem to be over and you have to click play again. Also I'm getting new window pop ups recently that instantly get blocked from view, but the window still shows up. Seems they've given up on this addon.

I cannot recommend this add-on. Cancelling a subscription appears impossible, short of closing the funding bank account.

There is no pathway to login to the Adblock Plus account to cancel paid subscription. Trying to log into the Adblock Plus account returns an 'incorrect password' error, and no emails are received when the 'reset password' instructions are followed.

Do not install this, and if you have already installed it, do not pay for it. If they were confident that their product was good enough to keep you wanting more, they would make it easy to cancel the subscription. Instead, they have created one of the most difficult cancellation processes I've ever encountered.

It's been some time since, for some reason, it stopped working as intended, not sure if it's a way of pushing us into paying the "Pemium" feature. Now I've been using uBlock Origin and that one works flawlessly.

Not blocking any ads on Youtube.
