1. DATA PROCESSING RELATED TO THE USE OF THE SERVICE
   The Controller provides a service that offers discount coupons for products available through the Service.
2. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES FOR DATA PROCESSING IN THE SERVICE
   Personal data of all users utilizing product discounts on the Service (including IP address or other identifiers and information collected via cookies or similar technologies) is processed by the Controller:

2.1. to provide electronic services allowing Users to search for and use product discounts through the Service – the legal basis for such processing is the necessity for the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
2.2. for analytical and statistical purposes – the legal basis is the legitimate interest of the Controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), consisting of analyzing User activity and preferences in order to improve the functionalities and services provided;
2.3. to establish or defend against potential claims – the legal basis is also the Controller’s legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), namely the protection of its rights;
2.4. for marketing purposes of the Controller or third parties, particularly involving the presentation of behavioral advertising – based on the Controller’s legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

   The duration of data processing depends on the type of service provided and the purpose of the processing.

   Users have the right to access their data, request rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to the processing of their data. They also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
