Installed without my consent after using Avast Software Updater to update my Firefox (along with 1 additional extension).

Hi,
thank you for review. This situation was most likely caused by scenario, where you had this extension already installed but disabled. There was a situation on mozilla side

And most likely the Avast Software Updater updated firefox and due to this it brought fix for extensions and they got re-activated.
