* Added (very experimental) option to move an already existing bookmark rather than creating a duplicate. I.E. If bookmark url is identical, first bookmark found gets moved, rather than duplicated. (The intent here is not to find every duplicate, but merely to avoid creating duplicates.) Backing up your bookmarks is highly recommended before enabling!

* Known issues with 'Move Instead Of Duplicating' Option:
1. Option will not prevent creating duplicates of bookmarks with 'file:' or 'about:' urls. This is due to a bug in the Firefox API (Bug 1352835).
2. Option will likely prevent BTH from bookmarking some other atypical urls such as 'moz-extension:' (i.e. the bookmark will silently fail to set).

* Enable customizing name (when bookmarking single tab) and/or inserting bookmark(s) into new folder. (Access via Ctrl-clicking 'Bookmark Tab(s) Here' menuitem or set Option for Editor Window to 'Always'). Note that from the Editor Window, you can simply press <Enter> or click 'Add Bookmark(s)' to insert without making edits. Manually closing the editor window will cancel inserting bookmark(s).

* Set an access key of 'H' to Bookmark Tab(s) Here context menu item. [If preferred, you can now open context menu, then press 'h' to set bookmark(s)]
