    Notifications are now an optional permission, requested only when you turn alerts on from the settings page. Nothing else changes: still 80%/95% local desktop alerts for your session, weekly and per-model caps, and still read-only requests to your own claude.ai usage endpoints.

    • Renamed the listing around the Fable weekly cap — we were the first tracker to show it.
