CPQ Productivity Tools is a lightweight, secure Firefox extension designed for Oracle CPQ Cloud administrators who want to work faster and avoid repetitive manual tasks. The extension works only on *.bigmachines.com and operates entirely within your browser session—no external data collection or transmission.

🔧 Core Features

1) Configuration Tools → BOM Validation
Instantly validate all Simple BOM Mapping Rules across all available families, lines, and models.

Instantly Run bulk BOM rule validation after each migration or run a BOM rule specifically for BOM Root after editing BOM Item Definition, Mapping, or Attribute tables.

Quickly detect invalid data in any instance very helpful before migrating changes to Test/Prod.
Generate Data for active CPQ instance on first launch or Refresh Data and then stores locally in Browser Session for 30 days thus avoiding any frequent API server calls to built the latest data.

2) Commerce Tools → Open Transaction
Open any CPQ Quote in one click.

Enter a Quote Number or any Query Attribute and launch the transaction immediately.
Do Commerce Setting once: ProcessVarName, MainDocVarName, Query Attribute, Prefix/Suffix, Redwood/JetUI.

Perfect for switching between UI layouts without navigating through Quote Manager.

3) BML Tools → Function Catalog
A complete, searchable BML function reference (191 functions as of Oracle 26A).

Offline, always‑available BML function wizard.
Filter, search, and copy functions instantly.
Pin the popup or export to CSV for easy reading.

4) Data Table Tools → Extract Data Table
Export visible Data Table results (up to 200 rows) in a single click.

Generates two CSVs: user‑visible data with metadata and also a tableName_siteName_date backup for future reference.
Designed to work even during active site deployments that block standard exports.
