⚠️ Banking Site Warning Modal
When a website appears to be a banking site, a popup/modal is displayed to notify users. Link inspection is temporarily paused to avoid interfering with banking login flows and sensitive interactions.

✅ User Confirmation Options for Banking Sites
Users can:
Confirm as Bank – Keep it Whitelisted to trust the banking website.
