Submitted problem alert via website and email; Dishita does not even open problem emails or webpage problem feedback - they simply send the same form response to everything - all you get is some useless links and you are left feeling like it's your fault for not fixing Dishita's poor programming.
PRO Upgrade is therefore not worth the price - there is no support whatsoever for any problems.
