I bought the Pro version less than a year ago. Now I have a new computer and I cannot reactivate this version. I followed the instructions but it doesn't work.

It is not working

Pure trash couldn't even download mp3 from youtube, instant uninstall.

Youtube switched to separate audio/video streaming technology for higher quality formats and no longer provides direct 720p (Since 24 September 2018)/1080p/mp3 streams. Converting these streams to downloadable formats for you needs powerful server infrastructure, therefore 1080p/mp3 downloading has been limited to PRO users. it used to work, now it asks for money on a pro version to download even 128kbps MP3s

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR PRO! If you do expect to pay every six months for access to this add-on. I have paid twice and each time it only lasts for about 6 months. No response from dev support as stated in the docs.

Disappointed as I supported this app from the start and now they change the rules and want to make you pay again for "pro". Anyway just download the songs as movie files for free and use a free file converter to change to mp3 instead of feeding into this greedy app.

No HD download for free user. I don't think downloading directly from youtube would spend any single bit of server resource so that's just BS

We purhased at the beginning of the year. Was good while it worked but kept having to reactivate and now doesn't even do that. Furthermore customer support is non-existent, at least in our case. We have initiated support tickets but never a reply.

Was a good downloader.But now it's just as money grabber. After donating I can no longer use it. New requirements involve giving more money. Surprise, surprise!! Don't waste your time on this unless you want to keep feeding money into their pockets. "Reported!!"

Paid to go Pro 9 months ago and they've now changed how you activate recognize your device. No help when contacting them at all, your basically left on your own. It didn't use to be that way. Say's too many users are contacting him. Well, even when following instructions it doesn't always work!
So at this point I feel you take a chance if you pay to go Pro and cannot recommend doing so.
WAS a great service with great support. Not now.

This add-on is the biggest sham. I have paid twice in the last couple of years. First they said they can't resend me the activation link. And now they are saying they have changed the way pro is activated so again i lost my money and the link is useless. Save your money and don't pay this scammers. I have reported them for abuse.

Im starting to think none of these downloaders work. Youtube must be working to block them.

I donated and have been using this add-on for years, mostly w/o probs, and when I had probs, was easy to get help, quick responses from programmer. With new version, I actually donated again via paypal, followed all steps, have correct version, registered to my paypal email, but get flashing msgs, downloading, can't download, wait, wait, long error msg but disappears before i can read it. Have disabled all blockers, reinstalled sev times, made sure firefox up to date. nothing works, then i sent msg, got response they can't help, too many users, must email. but no email address is given. so basically now i've donated again, can't use the program any more and no way to get support. very unhappy.
