New: Request timing in the response panel

"Try it out" calls now show how long they took. After you execute a request, Endpoint Atlas stamps a line into Swagger's own response panel with:
- Response time (real network duration)
- Status code (color-coded by 2xx/3xx/4xx/5xx)
- Response size
- min / avg / max across your recent calls to that endpoint (last 50 samples)

Fix: Now works on collapsed Swagger pages
The sidebar previously failed to appear on APIs configured with docExpansion: "none" (all tag groups collapsed by default, common on large APIs), because Swagger doesn't render operations until a tag is expanded.

Substantially improved performance across the board.
