All sites using standard HTML5 video and audio elements should now work.

Sites tested & known to work:
* YouTube
* Vimeo
* Twitter
* RNZ

Sites not yet supported (will require more work, to be released later):
* Soundcloud

Unknown:
* CNN
* Spotify

Permissions changes:
* Changed from just operating on youtube.com, to being able to operate on all sites (though it will only actually access/affect those that are making noise)
