Grab All Files is a browser extension with two tools. The file downloader detects downloadable files on the page you are viewing or any URL you enter, lets you batch-download the files you select, and merges multiple PDFs locally in your browser without uploading anything. The page collector starts from the page you have open, finds related pages, and combines the ones you choose into a single searchable HTML file with a table of contents.
This extension has a permanent free plan from the first launch. Every feature and the same output quality are included. Free saves files 20 at a time, exports or copies URL lists 20 at a time, and collects up to 10 web pages per run — each run is saved as its own HTML file, so you simply run it again for the rest. A one-time Pro license removes those per-run limits and continues automatically up to the configured safety limit. There is no subscription.
Paid licenses are sold by Serima Kawai, not by Mozilla. Payment is processed via Stripe Checkout on an external purchase page, not inside the extension.
Key features:
- Scan the current page, scan any URL you enter, or crawl a whole site (depth 0–5 or unlimited, up to 100,000 pages)
- Finds files ordinary downloaders miss: PDFs inside iframes and viewers, lazy-loaded images, fetch/XHR responses, blob URLs, CMS download routes, hidden form values, and 39 data-* attributes
- Works behind logins — uses your existing browser session, with an optional cookie mode for intranets, LMS/portals, and member-only pages
- Works where others fail — handles Cloudflare/WAF bot-walls, JavaScript single-page apps (React, Next, Nuxt, Vue), and CSRF-protected POST forms, and confirms file types by signature, not just extension
- Filter by name, title, type, and size with include and exclude rules; sort, de-duplicate, and reorder before downloading
- 38 file-type categories (documents, images, spreadsheets, e-books, CAD/BIM, GIS, camera RAW, AI/ML models, and more) plus your own custom extensions
- Bulk-download with adjustable parallelism, pause/resume, auto-retry, and one-click retry of failed files; organize saved files into folders by type or domain
- Rename downloads from each PDF's title or page heading
- Local PDF merge and local ZIP creation — everything stays in your browser, no cloud upload
- Export a CSV of file URLs, names, sizes, types, and titles
- Web pages to HTML: start from the current page and find related pages automatically, or specify them through menus, paths, sitemaps, or a pasted URL list; review, reorder, and remove pages before anything is collected
- Combine the pages you chose into one searchable, printable HTML file with a table of contents — embed images for offline reading or keep online references, save linked documents alongside it, and optionally export Markdown, JSONL, a manifest, and table data for AI analysis; page collection and HTML generation run on your device
- Right-click context-menu actions, scan history, and downloaded badges so you don't grab the same file twice; UI in 10 languages: English, Japanese, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Korean, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Brazilian Portuguese
About permissions:
Grab All Files does not request blanket website access at installation. Its only required host permission is the specific Supabase backend origin used for license and device handling. Current-page actions can use the temporary activeTab grant; when you select another page or URL, the extension asks for optional access only to that HTTP/HTTPS origin. Persistent content scripts are registered dynamically only for origins you grant and are removed if access is revoked. The extension does not send scan history, page HTML, browsing activity, file contents, analytics, URLs, file names, or personal data to the developer. Outbound traffic to a developer-controlled server is limited to that Supabase backend: license and device handling, plus optional anonymous usage statistics — installation, first launch, category selection, whether scans and downloads ran (with their counts and durations), which controls you used on the extension's own screens, and whether a web-page collection job ran (page counts and outcome only) — that contain only a randomly generated device ID and your plan state, never page content, URLs, file names, or personal data. You can turn the usage statistics off in the extension; only license checks remain.
